Whether you are staying in to watch the ball drop, going out for a glam party, or partying with friends, these drinks will add a festive touch. Popping Champagne Cocktail

Step 1: Dip your champagne glass in lemon juice (or simple syrup). Then dip it in pop rocks to rim the edge.

Step 3: Sprinkle more pop rocks into the champagne and drink immediately!

The sparkle of the champagne makes the pop rocks really pop on your tongue. I’ll be enjoying the Rosemary Champagne Cocktail early in the evening to finish up Christmas celebrations. Then at midnight, I’ll bring out these Popping Champagne Cocktails! Let the rocks pop with the fireworks!
