How to Make Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken in 4 Easy Steps

Step #1: Wrap Foster Farms Simply Raised fresh chicken in prosciutto (or any thinly sliced meat, roast beef works well too!).

Step #2: Pour golden mushroom soup over the top.

Step #3: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken: The New Comfort Food


  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 6 slices of prosciutto ham (or other thinly sliced meat)
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • Optional: 1 cup of mushrooms
  • 3 cups of steamed white rice


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast in prosciutto.
  3. Place chicken in a pan.
  4. Carefully pour golden mushroom soup over each chicken.
  5. Spread it around so that each chicken is covered.
  6. Optional: add more mushrooms!
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice!
